История группы компаний «Кальматрон» ведет отсчет с момента запуска в 1992 г. в Хабаровске первого опытно-промышленного производства одноименного защитного гидроизоляционного состава проникающего действия. Запатентованное наименование этого состава — КАЛЬМАТРОН, определило название первого крупного предприятия группы компаний в Новосибирске «Кальматрон-Н» в 1997 г. В Санкт-Петербурге предприятие «Кальматрон-СПб» было открыто в 1998 г.

Сегодня предприятия по производству уже целого семейства материалов КАЛЬМАТРОН работают в Новосибирске, Санкт-Петербурге, Минске (ЧП «Кальматрон-М») и Грузии ("HOLDING KALMATRONGEORGIA"). С момента основания первого предприятия и по сегодняшний день приоритетным направлением в деятельности группы компаний «Кальматрон» является разработка, производство и применение гидроизоляционных, защитных и ремонтных материалов. Гидроизоляционные, защитные и ремонтные материалы вызывают сегодня все больший интерес у потребителей благодаря повышенным эксплуатационным характеристикам как самих материалов, так и защищенной при помощи этих материалов конструкции в целом.
