Фасадные клинкерные термопанели ТМ «Аляска» - готовый фасад. Представляет собой плиту из жесткого утеплителя и в комплексе с натуральной клинкерной плиткой, соединенные посредством мощного промышленного связующего.

Основа: экструдированный пенополистирол (ЭППС). Cрок службы свыше 50 лет .

В Германии до 60% частных домов облицованы именно этим материалом. Он одинаково успешно применяется при строительстве новых и реставрации уже эксплуатируемых зданий.

Теплоэффективный, геометрически стабильный материал сохраняет свою форму и прочностные характеристики при температурах в диапазоне от -50°C до +70°C и в условиях высокой влажности.

В качестве облицовки выступает клинкерная плитка, которая производится из глины методом высокотемпературного обжига. Она обладает высокой механической прочностью и крайне низким водопоглощением. Выдерживает более 300 циклов замораживания/оттаивания. Поскольку клинкерная плитка сделана из природного неорганического материала, она устойчива к атмосферным воздействиям. Насыщенность оттенка и фактура поверхности сохраняется неизменной в течение 100 лет.

Благодаря отсутствию «мокрых» процессов отделку фасада термопанелями можно выполнять в любое время года. Отдельные элементы легко и быстро монтируются на стены и герметично соединяются между собой. Корректировку отклонений по вертикали и неровности поверхности выполняют с помощью обрешетки. Результат – сплошная облицовка дома без «мостиков холода». Фасадные термопанели можно смонтировать самостоятельно.

Стоимость фасадных панелей «Аляска» сопоставима со стоимостью цокольного сайдинга (сайдинг под кирпич) и дешевле оштукатуренных или облицованных кирпичом фасадов. Фасад из клинкерных термопанелей не придется ремонтировать в течение, как минимум, 50 лет. Для него не нужно строить мощный фундамент или усиливать старый. Он предотвращает потери тепла – домовладелец экономит до 70% на отоплении зимой и кондиционировании летом.

Дом, облицованный термопанелями, выглядит как классический европейский особняк. Даже специалист не сразу поймёт, панели это или дорогой немецкий клинкерный кирпич. Большое количество дизайнерских решений позволяет выбрать материал с тем оттенком и фактурой, который подчеркнет архитектурную стилистику дома.

Однако, лучшей фасадной системой на сегодняшний день по праву считаются клинкерные термопанели. Такой материал прекрасно сохраняет тепло и позволяет почти вполовину снизить затраты на обогрев дома в прохладное время года. Вместе с тем, имитируя поверхность кирпичной или каменной кладки, они облагораживают фасад, сохраняя свои декоративные качества в течение десятилетий.

На рынке в широком ассортименте присутствуют термопанели с клинкером российского и зарубежного производства, и так сложилось, что потребители чаще спрашивают импортный товар, считая его более качественным и надежным.
